There often comes a point in your spiritual journey when receiving healing is no longer enough.

You feel called to understand energy more deeply. To become more intentional about what you absorb, what you carry, and what you contribute. You may want a tool that helps you support your own healing—or you may feel the beginning of a much larger calling to help others.

Reiki certification is an opportunity to deepen that relationship with energy and step into a more conscious role within your own healing journey.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to consider yourself especially intuitive. And you certainly do not need to arrive floating six inches above the ground with your chakras perfectly aligned. (None of us do.)

You only need to feel ready for the next layer.

Reiki is more than just
“something you do with your hands.”

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that can be used to support relaxation, emotional balance, spiritual development, and a deeper connection with your own inner guidance.

During certification, you receive an energetic attunement—called a Placement within the Holy Fire® III Reiki system—which connects you with Reiki energy and allows you to begin working with it intentionally.

Many people initially come to Reiki because they want to help someone else. But the first and often most profound relationship you develop is with yourself.

Through Reiki, you can learn to:

• Become more aware of your own energy

• Support yourself through stress and emotional transitions

• Strengthen your intuition and self-trust

• Recognize what belongs to you—and what you may be carrying for others

• Create a consistent spiritual and self-healing practice

• Offer Reiki to loved ones, clients, or your wider community

• Move through life with greater intention, compassion and energetic responsibility

Your Reiki connection does not disappear when the training ends. Once you have been attuned, Reiki is permanently a part of you — embedded in your frequency and aura. No one can “take it away from you.” Your awareness and confidence can continue to deepen through practice, healing and lived experience.

In that sense, certification can create a new energetic baseline—not because you will suddenly become immune to difficult emotions or complicated human experiences, but because you now have another way to meet them.

Why learn Reiki with me?

I do not teach Reiki as a collection of perfectly memorized hand positions or spiritual vocabulary.

I teach it as something meant to be lived.

My own healing journey began while navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and the uncomfortable realization that I could no longer keep living disconnected from myself. Reiki became part of a much larger process of learning to listen to my body, understand my energy, trust my intuition, and stop abandoning myself in order to meet everyone else’s needs.

That experience influences everything about the way I teach.

As a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Coach, and Akashic Records Reader, I bring together formal training, intuitive awareness, and years of experience supporting people through real-life healing. I understand that spiritual growth is rarely linear. Sometimes it feels expansive and magical. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary, having the conversation you have been avoiding, or taking a nap instead of trying to heal your entire ancestral lineage before dinner.

My goal is not to teach you to practice exactly like me.

It is to help you understand the foundation of Reiki, experience the energy for yourself, and begin discovering how it wants to work through you.

Your intuition, personality, and life experiences are not obstacles to becoming a Reiki practitioner. They are part of what will make your practice uniquely yours.

Individual & Private Group Training

Most of my Reiki certifications are taught one-on-one—and honestly, that is one of my favorite ways to teach.

Individual training allows us to move at your pace and spend more time on the parts of Reiki that feel most relevant to you. I can tailor our conversations and practical work around your background, life experiences, spiritual beliefs, and reasons for pursuing certification. You will still receive the complete curriculum, but the experience becomes much more personal than simply working through a manual from beginning to end.

Every student receives the official ICRT training manual along with a separate Jupiter Soul companion manual I created to streamline the material, add practical guidance, and help you integrate Reiki into real life after certification. Because sometimes you need the official teachings…and sometimes you need someone to explain what that might actually look like on a random Tuesday.

Private Group Certification

Reiki training can also be arranged for private groups, wellness practices, and like-minded organizations. This may be a beautiful option for:

• Friends or family members who want to learn together

• Chiropractic, massage or holistic wellness practices

• Teams interested in bringing greater energetic awareness into their work

• Practitioners who would like to expand the supportive services they offer

• An established community with several people interested in certification

Groups of four or more students receive 10% off the regular certification price per person. Local travel may also be available for qualifying group trainings, depending on the location, group size and scheduling needs.

The Holy Fire® III Reiki lineage

I teach Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, a form of Reiki introduced through the International Center for Reiki Training.

Holy Fire® III Reiki uses guided meditative experiences and energetic Placements rather than the traditional teacher-led attunement process. Students are given space to receive the experience directly, without needing to force, perform, or produce a particular spiritual response.

Every person experiences Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, or a deep sense of peace. You may also experience something much quieter.

There is no “correct” way to receive Reiki energy—and a subtle experience is not a lesser one.

The experience often continues unfolding after the training as you practice, integrate, and become more aware of the ways energy moves through your life.

Personal healing with a collective purpose

Learning Reiki is deeply personal, but its impact does not have to end with you.

Every time you choose awareness instead of reactivity, compassion instead of judgment, or healing instead of repeating an old pattern, you change what you contribute to the people and spaces around you.

This is how collective healing begins—not through one person trying to save the entire planet with exceptionally enthusiastic hand positions, but through more people becoming conscious of the energy they carry into their homes, relationships, workplaces, and communities.

Some students feel called to become professional practitioners. Others use Reiki privately for themselves, their families, their pets or their homes. Both paths matter.

You do not have to build a healing business to contribute to the elevation of collective consciousness.

Sometimes helping the world begins with learning how to bring more peace into your own corner of it.

Choose Your Level

Reiki Level I — Begin With Yourself

Level I is your introduction to Reiki and the foundation of your personal practice.

This training focuses primarily on self-healing, understanding energy, and learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and others. It is ideal for anyone beginning their Reiki journey or wanting a spiritual practice that feels both intuitive and practical.

Reiki Level II — Deepen Your Practice

Level II expands your relationship with Reiki and introduces additional tools for emotional, mental, and distance healing.

This level is for students who are ready to strengthen their practice, work with Reiki more intentionally and potentially begin offering sessions to others.

I highly recommend doing the individual levels at separate times. I personally did my Level 2 about a month after I completed Level 1, but I will always encourage you to follow your intuition and do what’s best for you. Reiki Master Training — Embody the Work

Reiki Master training is for experienced practitioners who feel called to deepen their connection with Reiki, embody the principles more fully, and potentially teach and attune others.

Becoming a Reiki Master is not about reaching spiritual perfection. It is a commitment to continued practice, integrity, self-awareness, and service.

Virtual Reiki Certification

If you feel called to learn Reiki but are not located near the Winston-Salem/Kernersville/Greensboro, NC area, virtual certification may also be available.

Virtual training is conducted live—not through a prerecorded, self-paced course—so you still receive personal instruction, guided experiences, opportunities to practice and plenty of time to ask questions. The curriculum and certification requirements remain the same, and virtual students receive both the official ICRT training manual and the exclusive Jupiter Soul companion manual.

Because I want the experience to feel personal and supportive regardless of physical distance, virtual certification is generally offered individually or in a small-group setting. Before scheduling, we will connect briefly to discuss your goals, location, desired certification level and whether virtual training is the right fit for you.

How will I know when I’m ready?

You may be ready for Reiki training if:

• You feel drawn to energy healing but do not know where to begin

• You want to take a more active role in your personal healing

• You are becoming more intuitive or energetically sensitive

• You want a spiritual practice you can use in everyday life

• You feel called to help others without losing yourself in the process

• Reiki keeps appearing in your awareness—and apparently is not taking the hint that you are trying to ignore it

You do not need to know exactly where Reiki will take you.

You just need to be willing to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous experience with energy healing?

No. Reiki Level I is designed for beginners. You do not need prior training, special abilities, or an established spiritual practice.

Do I have to become a professional Reiki practitioner?

Not at all. Many students learn Reiki solely for self-healing, spiritual growth, or supporting their loved ones. Professional practice is one possible path, not an expectation.

Will I feel something during my Placement (Attunement)?

Most likely, but every experience is different! Some students notice physical sensations, emotions, colors, or imagery, while others experience stillness or very subtle shifts. The intensity of your experience does not determine the strength of your Reiki connection.

Are training materials included?

Yes! Every student receives the official ICRT training manual as well as an exclusive Jupiter Soul companion manual created to make the teachings easier to understand, apply and integrate into everyday life. Both manuals are included whether you attend an individual or private group training.

Can I take Levels I and II together?

Absolutely. Students who feel ready for a more immersive experience may take the combined Level I and Level II training for $616. However, doing both in the same weekend may trigger a lot of healing, and I would recommend taking a few days off to rest and integrate if you choose that path.

Is Reiki a replacement for medical or mental-health treatment?

No. Reiki is a complementary spiritual and wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified medical or mental-health professional.

You may be closer to ready than you think.

You do not need to become more spiritual, more healed, or more certain before answering the call to Reiki.

The training is part of the becoming.
